How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Laughtribute Mold Help should get fair, honest treatment. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Write to us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Laughtribute Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Laughtribute Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@laughtribute.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, in plain words, and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Some states license mold assessors or remediators. If yours does, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
